Sky and Tui announce launch of 'Sky Gamestar'

Tui interactive media and Sky announce the launch of Sky Gamestar - Sky's new dedicated games area on the Sky digital platform.
"Sky Gamestar is our new gaming environment that appeals to all age groups," reveals Adrian Pilkington, head of games at Sky. "We offer a wide variety of games including classic games, mindbenders, card games and prize quizzes. The channel offers something for everyone and has been created using rich audio and imagery to entertain both kids and adults alike."
Sky Gamestar is the latest in a long line of developments between Tui and Sky, which has included Dixons' iTV retail service
"We chose Tui because they have an excellent proven track record in iTV design and have been involved with iTV since the beginning" adds Adrian Pilkington. "They were the clear choice for us because they successfully combine a flair for design with functional expertise."
